REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

This Refund & Cancellation Policy forms part of the Terms and Conditions of Pitambhara Educom Consultancy Pvt Ltd (the "Company", "we"), operator of HealersMeet / Mission Niramaya / InnerZen / the Decode Life Transformation (DLT) program. It is published in compliance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
All course fees are paid for access to digital educational services. Because course content is delivered electronically and instruction may begin immediately, refund rights are limited as set out below.
1. COOLING-OFF PERIOD โ FULL REFUND
You may cancel your enrollment and receive a full refund of the course fee if all of the following are true:
a) You request the cancellation within 7 calendar days of the date of enrollment; b) You have accessed no more than 15% of the course content (as measured automatically by the LMS); c) You have not attended a live 1-on-1 session with the instructor; d) You have not downloaded the complete set of course resources.
The GST component is refunded together with the fee, subject to our ability to reverse the GST credit.
2. AFTER THE COOLING-OFF PERIOD
After the 7-day cooling-off period, or after 15% of content has been consumed, refunds are not available except at our sole discretion and only in the following exceptional circumstances:
a) Documented medical emergency affecting the Student (hospital record or registered medical practitioner's certificate required); b) Bereavement of the Student's immediate family member; c) Sustained platform failure attributable to us that is not resolved within 7 days and deprives you of meaningful access to the course; d) Course cancellation or material change by us, in which case we will offer a transfer, credit, or pro-rata refund as appropriate.
Requests under this Section must be submitted within 30 days of the event, with supporting documents.
3. LIVE WORKSHOPS, RETREATS, IN-PERSON EVENTS
3.1. Seats are limited and we incur non-recoverable costs once registrations open. Accordingly:
- > 30 days before start: 90% refund
- 15โ30 days before start: 50% refund, or free transfer to the next cohort (whichever you prefer)
- < 15 days before start: no refund; one-time transfer to the next cohort may be permitted at our discretion
- After the event starts: no refund, no transfer.
3.2. If we cancel or materially reschedule a workshop or retreat, you may choose between a full refund or transfer to a future edition.
4. CERTIFICATION, EXAM, AND PRACTICUM FEES
Fees paid for certification processing, practical examinations, university partner fees, printing, and certificate issuance are non-refundable once the examiner has been engaged or the certificate has been processed with the partner institution.
5. INSTALLMENT PLANS
5.1. If you have opted for an installment plan:
- You remain liable for all scheduled installments for as long as your access is not formally cancelled in writing by us;
- Skipping an installment does not cancel your enrollment; it triggers a 7-day cure period followed by suspension of access;
- Refund, if approved, is calculated only on the amount actually paid, minus the pro-rata value of content consumed.
6. NO PARTIAL / PRO-RATA REFUNDS
Except as expressly set out above, no pro-rata refund is available for partial completion of a course.
7. REFUND REQUESTS โ HOW TO SUBMIT
Send an email to support@healersmeet.com with:
a) Subject line: REFUND REQUEST โ (your Order ID) b) Your full registered name and registered email; c) Order / Transaction ID; d) Course name and cohort; e) Reason for the refund request, with any supporting documents (medical certificate, etc.); f) Your preferred refund destination (usually the original payment method).
8. PROCESSING TIMELINES
8.1. We will acknowledge your request within 3 working days.
8.2. We will decide your request within 7 working days of receiving all required information.
8.3. Approved refunds are processed within 10โ15 working days to the original payment method. Bank/UPI/card processing times may add 3โ10 additional working days depending on your payment provider.
8.4. Payment-gateway charges, foreign-exchange conversion losses, and statutory levies that are not reversible by the gateway will be deducted from the refund.
9. CHARGEBACKS
Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your card issuer, bank, or UPI provider before completing the refund process above is considered a breach of these Terms. If you do so, we may:
- suspend your access immediately;
- dispute the chargeback with evidence;
- blacklist your account from future enrollments;
- pursue recovery of any amount wrongly clawed back.
Please use our refund process first.
10. GRIEVANCE ESCALATION
If you are dissatisfied with a refund decision, you may escalate to our Grievance Officer (see Terms and Conditions, Section 17). The Grievance Officer will acknowledge within 24 hours and provide a final decision within 15 days.
Nothing in this Policy limits your rights as a "consumer" under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, including your right to approach the appropriate consumer commission.
