ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY (COMMUNITY GUIDELINES)

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out how you may use the LMS, Q&A forums, WhatsApp Sadhak Community groups, live-session chat, peer-practice rooms, and any other space we provide for Students (the "Community"). It is binding and is incorporated into the Terms and Conditions of Pitambhara Educom Consultancy Pvt Ltd.
The Community exists to help sincere seekers practice together with mutual respect. These rules keep it safe.
1. WHO THIS APPLIES TO
All Students, instructors, staff, and invited guests. You are responsible for your own conduct. If you invite someone to a group, you are also responsible for their behavior until they are formally enrolled.
2. CORE VALUES
- Respect โ everyone is at a different stage of their journey.
- Consent โ always ask before offering advice, energy work, or personal questions.
- Confidentiality โ "what is shared here, stays here".
- Safety โ we are not a crisis service; real emergencies need qualified professionals.
- Humility โ no spiritual ranking, no one-upmanship.
3. WHAT YOU MUST DO
a) Use your real name and registered email. b) Keep your profile picture and bio respectful and non-misleading. c) Honor peer confidentiality โ never screenshot, forward, or repeat another Student's sharing. d) Use content warnings ("trigger warning") when discussing trauma, self-harm, or graphic spiritual experiences. e) Credit sources when sharing quotes or techniques from other teachers or traditions. f) Report safeguarding concerns to the Grievance Officer promptly.
4. WHAT YOU MUST NOT DO
4.1. Harmful conduct
- Harass, threaten, stalk, dox, or intimidate anyone.
- Send unsolicited DMs of a personal, sexual, or romantic nature.
- Post sexually explicit, violent, gory, or discriminatory content.
- Make fun of, shame, or gaslight another Student's experience.
- Spiritually bypass another person's trauma with phrases like "it's your karma" or "just raise your vibration".
4.2. Misinformation and unqualified advice
- Give medical, psychiatric, psychological, legal, or financial advice to other Students.
- Recommend that anyone stop prescribed medication or avoid professional treatment.
- Claim your certification authorizes you to diagnose or treat illness.
- Post health claims that are not supported and could mislead a vulnerable person.
4.3. Commercial abuse
- Promote MLM schemes, crypto offerings, or pyramid schemes.
- Solicit Students for paid services, retreats, or readings without our prior written permission.
- Share affiliate links, promo codes, or surveys unrelated to the Course.
- Poach Students to another platform or teacher.
4.4. Intellectual property abuse
- Record, screenshot, download, or redistribute course videos, workbooks, or live sessions.
- Re-share our meditations, scripts, or slides on social media, YouTube, Instagram, etc.
- Use course materials to teach paid programs without a separate Trainer/Licensee Agreement.
- Use course content to train any AI or machine-learning model.
4.5. Legal violations
- Upload content that violates Indian law, including content prohibited by the IT (Intermediary Guidelines) Rules, 2021.
- Impersonate another person, including teachers, staff, or celebrities.
- Post child-exploitation content, bomb threats, or anything inciting violence.
- Share pirated software, leaked content, or stolen credentials.
4.6. Platform abuse
- Attempt to breach LMS security, reverse-engineer the platform, or probe for vulnerabilities without authorization (responsible disclosure is welcomed separately โ see Security Statement).
- Upload malware, viruses, or malicious scripts.
- Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to harvest content or data.
- Create multiple accounts to evade a suspension.
5. PEER PRACTICE โ SPECIAL RULES
The Course Participation Agreement (Sections 3, 6, and 8) governs peer-practice safety, contraindications, and escalation. Those rules are binding. In summary:
- no peer practice on minors, pregnant persons (for contraindicated techniques), persons with active psychiatric diagnoses, intoxicated persons, or paying clients;
- no physical contact beyond the technique's requirements;
- always conclude with grounding and a safety check-in;
- escalate immediately to the instructor if your partner shows signs of crisis.
6. WHATSAPP SADHAK COMMUNITY โ SPECIFIC RULES
a) The group is for course-relevant discussion. Off-topic content is discouraged. b) No forwards of unverified news, political content, or religious propaganda. c) No late-night spam โ keep 22:00โ07:00 IST quiet except for genuine emergencies. d) If you need to share a long teaching or personal story, post in the LMS forum, not in WhatsApp. e) One-to-one concerns โ DM Manudada or the Grievance Officer, not the group. f) We are not a 24ร7 crisis line. In an emergency, contact a professional or call 112.
7. ENFORCEMENT
We may take one or more of the following actions for a breach, in our reasonable discretion:
- private warning;
- public reminder in the group;
- removal of the offending content;
- temporary mute or removal from a group;
- suspension of LMS access;
- permanent ban, without refund;
- revocation of certification;
- reporting to law enforcement where the breach involves illegal conduct.
We will act proportionally to the seriousness of the breach and consider prior conduct.
8. APPEALS
If your access has been suspended or your certification revoked, you may appeal in writing to the Grievance Officer within 15 days. Include your account details and any context. The Grievance Officer will respond within 15 days of receiving a complete appeal.
9. REPORTING A VIOLATION
If you see or experience a breach of this AUP:
- Screenshot or note the content (for your records โ do not forward it).
- Email the Grievance Officer: grievance@healersmeet.com โ use subject "AUP Report".
- For emergencies involving risk to life, contact the police (112) first.
10. CHANGES
We may update this AUP. Material changes are notified by email and LMS banner at least 15 days before effect.
